1. What CreatorKit provides
CreatorKit offers free browser-based utilities for YouTube creators: an earnings estimator, competitor and channel analyses, and a thumbnail/tag extractor. All tools are provided "as is", without accounts, and subject to fair-use rate limits that keep the service affordable for everyone. We may modify, suspend or retire any feature at any time, with STATIC archived results never guaranteed.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the tools lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you will not:
- Abuse the API with automated scraping, bulk harvesting or rate-limit evasion.
- Re-upload other creators' thumbnails, artwork or content as your own, or otherwise infringe copyright and trademark rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to our servers, other users or third-party services.
- Misrepresent estimates as official YouTube payouts, or use results to deceive sponsors, partners or audiences.
Analyses run on public metadata only. Do not paste private, unlisted-confidential or third-party personal links you have no right to analyze.
3. Estimates and disclaimers
Not financial advice
Earnings figures are planning estimates built on public RPM bands — not predictions, guarantees or financial advice. Always confirm decisions in YouTube Studio and, where it matters, with a qualified professional.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party data (including YouTube API responses) may be delayed or incomplete.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the tools — including lost revenue from decisions made on estimates.
YouTube's terms apply
Features powered by YouTube API Services remain subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Downloaded thumbnails of other creators are for research and inspiration, not re-upload.
4. Changes, contact and governing notes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after the "Last updated" date changes constitutes acceptance.
